Always sad but nessacery
Always a sad time when you have to sell the family home of 67 years following your Mother's death. However, the speedy, professional and efficient way Gemma and Gina delt with the conveyancing was truly first class.

Conveyancing

First class!
It is said that moving home is one of the most stressful things to do, Gina was fantastic and made the process so much easier. I was fully informed and supported and everything was well explained. It was in some ways a tricky leasehold sale but Gina was on the case and was tenacious in responding to what seemed an endless stream of enquiries from the buyers solicitors! I would thoroughly recommend Gina and Ellison’s! Thank you!

Ellisons Solicitors
We have used Ellisons on a previous house purchase. again Ellisons was used because of the complete honest service you receive throughout the company. I am sure you can pay less for this service, but as say, you get what you pay for. We got a first class service and worth every penny.

The sale of a residential property

Property Sale
