I recently had the pleasure of working with Borneo Martell Turner Coulston on a transaction that presented several challenges along the way.

Removal of charges on Land Registry
I was so worried as I had just dealt with another solicitor and was messed about for 6 months regarding an issue with land registry. I was advised to go to Tom Bodkin at Borneo Martell Turner Coulston LLP and cannot believe how efficient this company was, I literally felt like everything was taken out of my hands and was made stress free, within a month the issue was dealt with and charge removed and now I can finally move on with the next chapter-Thank you so much Tom-
