It is a cliché that moving house and buying/selling property is one of the most stressful things you can do. As a first-time buyer with no experience of the process, I had very much bought into the idea that the process was going to be very painful. However, our experience with Gardner Leader could not have been more different and we experienced none of the anticipated difficulties or delays you so often hear about. Additionally, Vicky explained the process very clearly and was available throughout to offer support - something we leaned on a lot as first-time buyers! Thank you!

Vicky was great in dealing with the purchase of our first property. We were kept up to date and had any questions answered very quickly. Gardner Leader have been absolutely fantastic. We couldn't have asked for a better solicitor to deal with the sale of our property and purchase of a new one. Vicky Lee, Charlotte Moore and Helen Dobson have all been wonderful - very responsive, they picked up the phone to explain things to us, answered all emails in a timely manner and at no point did we feel we were having to chase people for answers. Vicky and her team have been outstanding in every way during a very long 9 months of selling two houses and buying one. They have been patient and professional through the whole process but always there to speak to me during some very stressful times.
