Tenancy agreement
Great service with clear communication.
My situation is not normal as I work at sea so arrangements and communication still allowed things to be completed on time.

Tenant Eviction
My case was dealt with the upmost professionalism from beginning to conclusion.(7months)
Regaining your property from a problem tenant is one of the most stressful situations I have had the displeasure of, for a long time.
It is a practical mine field full of pitfalls ready to trip you up, if not handled correctly.
Denise and Rikki Lee gave me all the info and direction required to positively evict the tenants and regain control of my property.
A Big Thank you to them both, they did a great job.

Eviction of my tenant
Although I was apprehensive at first in starting the eviction process of my tenant, I was fully informed at each stage and of the cost involved by Denise Bell and her secretary Rikki-Lee Francis. I cannot fault the service I received.
