Kiran was absolutely amazing from start to finish. She knew exactly what was needed, kept us well updated throughout the whole process, and was proactive in ensuring we were in our new house as soon as possible. I've read so much online where 'solicitors are not coming back to me' and I never once had that concern with Kiran. A*** and would 100% recommend.

I sold my house through modern method of auction, after being messed around by another firm the estate agents recommended, I moved to Bray & Bray. Kiranjit Phagura (& her secretary Donna) came to my rescue and completed the transaction in the time frame given by the auctions team.
