Absolutely perfect
They have produced a highly customised SaaS agreement that has worked well with our initial SaaS clients, and have handled a number of challenging client queries. They've not just considered each existing client query but also the future ramifications and consequences, all clearly explained. We have happy clients and we feel reassured that we have an agreement that will work well for future clients coming on board too. They are specialists in technology law, which is absolutely perfect for us, and we have found them to be very strong in all aspects that we've required. Louisa in particular has always replied really quickly, and has always been mindful to respond appropriately, efficiently and not wasting any time (and money).

Calm and pragmatic approach
ClaydenLaw was recommended to us and Louisa assisted us with drafting terms and conditions for our new database tool. Great working with the ClaydenLaw team

Highly recommend

IT specialist lawyers

Always very responsive
ClaydenLaw were recommended to us as Technology specialist lawyers and they have been wonderful to work with.
