employment with DWP
I thought Mr MacWilliam was knowledgeable and understanding, however I am furious with the DWP, as when sent home following the virus, they expected me to work from home for an AO salary when I had the HEO qualification and been employed over 13 years with no opportunities to be promoted.

So considerate and understanding
My experience was far better than expected. After first meeting which was a bit difficult it all went really well He is so patient and understanding considering the bad situation that was put in front of him it was not an easy one Too many complications before we did come to a result after months and
I would recommend him to so many so relaxed so understanding not like most solicitors that can put you on edge But my dealings of the whole company of Clough & Willis are all the same so easy to deal with.and no edge to any of them

Help with an Employment Settlement Agreement
This sensitive situation required a fairly quick turnaround, which Clough & Willis understood immediately. From the first person who took my query to the excellent Subject Matter Expert (Senior Solicitor) who dealt with my agreement, I was looked after and kept informed throughout ensuring my tight deadline was met. I am now looking forward to a more slower paced lifestyle for a while!!
