Purchase of my house in Christchurch

Outstanding Service
Cheryl proved to be an outstanding Conveyancing Solicitor, friendly and professional coupled with timely and detailed communication. She was always sensitive to make our selling and buying process transparent and understandable to us and with the least stress to us as is possible. She is truly a credit to Frettens Solicitors and we highly recommend her. It was always a pleasure dealing with her. Without hesitation we would use Frettens and in particular Cheryl again.

Excellent Conveyancing experience
We engaged Frettens for the conveyancing on a leasehold flat and what developed into a complicated lease. The potential issues were flagged up at an early stage and with further advice we were able to navigate through to a solution. The rest of the process was dealt with professionally and efficiently and communication was excellent throughout.

Fantastic company
The team at Frettens made the moving house process far less stressed. We had full faith in them as their regular communication with us was friendly, clear and reassuring. Will be very happy to return to Frettens in the future!

Was very good service and prompt responses. I have enormous amount of greif and stress to deal with so smooth running helped a lot. My sister in law helped me loafs as, couldn't deal with paperwork and interaction with Solicitors at times.

Brilliant, from reception desk to solicitor. Highly recommended
Friendly staff throughout which makes the whole experience so much easier, fantastic prompt communication.
We would recommend Frettens to friends and family definitely, they’ve been excellent throughout in a relaxed, professional and helpful way.
Previous experience of different solicitors over the years always daunted me, but it’s been totally opposite with Frettens.
Our solicitor from Frettens, Cheryl, kept us up to date and informed at every little stage so quickly, really could ask or expect more.
