Adrian is a solicitor specialising in property transactions, with over 20 years’ experience in this sector. His role covers a full range of transactions, including the sale and/or purchase of residential property, country homes and rural land. Adrian’s vast experience of a wide range of different transactions and situations, throughout his career, have been invaluable in enabling him to navigate his way through the minefield that is property transactions. Being able to swiftly identify pragmatic solutions to the wide and varied conundrums that can arise, is paramount to his role. Adrian enjoys the face-to-face element of his role. He understands the importance of finding out about, not only the clients’ transactions, but their wider needs. Buying and/or selling a property can be a stressful time but with a calm approach, the ability to provide clear advice, and some common sense, this stress can be minimised. Described as proactive, pragmatic and calm, Adrian believes in providing quality service, building relationships with clients and taking time to understand their needs. He always endeavours to make the process as stress-free as possible and values being able to share resources amongst other members of staff at Thackray Williams. He believes this full range of services is beneficial for not only him, but for the clients they serve. In his free time, Adrian can be found transporting his daughters to various clubs, taking on some DIY at home, or taking the time to enjoy the countryside by getting out on his bike.
