My approach to my work is to ensure that clients receive efficient and effective strategic legal advice and professional guidance. I like to build a quality and value service as standard, and I have a proven track record within the local courts and wider having run a number of big litigation cases both in the High Court and Court of Appeal some of which remain relevant legal authorities in the areas of cohabitation disputes and breaches of trust. I have extensive knowledge of Family and Matrimonial Matters in addition to Litigation matters, and frequently conduct cases from start to conclusion dealing with all the advocacy to the concluding rials, some of which have been complicated multi-party matters. I am experienced in the skill of legal research and drafting documents together with the preparation of costs budgets and statements for the court. I have learnt to manage client expectations, and to meet their cases with a planned strategic approach, whilst keeping the risk benefits alive to them as the case progresses.
