Was ok. Not Rebecca think the company needs work as a whole
I thought Rebecca was lovely but I thought the way pepperells ran wasn’t so great. So if your solicitor is on holiday or has a day off I feel like there should be a system where someone can deal with issues and complaints and make sure everything still moves on time.

Rebecca was very efficient and precise when dealing with the sale of my house. She gave clear and upto date information throughout the sale and chased the sellers solictor on a regular basis. I will be using her services again in my next purchase.

Professional service
No problems- a professional friendly service was given. Rebecca explained each stage and was happy to answer questions. The process did take a lot longer than I would have liked.
