I cannot fault this company, in particular Amanda Cavanagh, at all. She has been nothing but professional, understanding and compassionate to my Grandfather who she has been representing during what has been a very difficult year due to Covid-19. Negligence Claim
I cannot recommend Amanda Cavanagh enough from our first consultation Amanda demonstrated exceptional professionalism, compassion and genuine commitment to my case from the start through to the resolution nothing was ever a problem to her. Throughout my case Amanda was incredibly thorough explaining procedures and keeping me updated and involved other professionals who had the same commitment as she had having never been involved in any kind of legal proceedings, it was a daunting and stressful time for me but with Amanda’s help she made me feel I was in very capable hands. So straight forward and professionally handled case.

Excellent and Professional Service
Thank you Mandy; a difficult time after losing my mum but Amanda helped make the situation clearer and kept me well informed all the way through the process (which took some time, but not because of Mandy!)
She knew the right experts to talk to and made my opinions feel valued and she made her explanations clear and free from jargon

Fantastic service

Criminal Negligence

Inquest for my mother
My sister and I used Ashtons Legal to help support us through our mothers inquest and from the beginning, Amanda was so supportive through the whole process. Clinical Negligence Claim
Amanda Cavanagh and Ashtons Legal LLP were a huge support to myself during some of the most difficult times that I have ever experienced. The firm was both friendly, kind and also understanding with regards to all aspects of my case. With this in mind, I will have absolutely no hesitation (when the time is right) in instructing Ashtons to Manage my own personal affairs moving forward.
