I was very impresses with the level of service provided regarding to the completion of the matter well within time and I found Mr Dickson and Ms Rowles competent and very approachable and friendly throughout the matter. Professional and Thorough
Monica O'Neill, and Hannah Venn-Munns before her, have both shown exemplary and thorough care with dealing with a boundary dispute raised against me. Their responses have been kindly and reassuring, when I (and my late husband) was at my most vulnerable. Being consummate professionals, they have given impartial and timely advice at all stages of this lengthy and ongoing affair, in the course of which they have also revealed aspects of the matter that wouldn't have occurred to a non-professional. I will be forever grateful.

Tax Advice

Updating our wills
We needed to update our Wills as all the children were now over 25 and we have retired.
Wollens contacted us by phone to find out our requirements then had face to face meeting.
Our wills were professionally finished. Unfortunately it took a while as we caught all the summer holidays.

Will drafting
My husband and I recently moved to the UK from the US and needed new/UK wills. Mr Dickson was excellent in explaining the terminology differences and answered all questions in a timely manner. In the US we had needed a trust, but here in the UK a will was sufficient, nice not to get things too complicated. Getting a face to face appointment was not difficult and timely.

First Class Service
I would recommend this firm and J Dickson for professional services, kindness and patience. I had a lot of questions about how to leave my estate between my two sons, one of whom is severely learning disabled and therefore unable to ever manage his own funds. Jonathan explained everything clearly and made the whole Will making process easier than I thought it would be . Thank you everyone.
