Sale of property
We were passed on to Nathan Ryall at Amity Law by our selling agent. We found the process to be generally good although as always delays do occur. All aspects of the sale process were efficiently dealt with.

Nathan and Joanne were great
Nathan and Joanne were great! They kept us informed throughout the whole process, they would respond really quickly and explain everything in detail when I asked. There was some difficulty along the way which would have been frustrating for them but they handled it all really professionally and I really appreciate the extra effort they went through. Thank you both!

House Sale Conveyancing
I am delighted with the speed at which my sale was completed. It was exactly 2 months from accepting the offer from a no-chain cash buyer to completion. It shows what a motivated seller, buyer, and in turn a motivated and speedy solicitor can achieve.

disjointed
My solicitor changed firms half way through the process and it turned into a total admin nightmare.
What was a simple one chain move, for which I was completed with my contributions after 4 weeks. Eventually ended with me being the log jam after starting the whole process again, when my solicitor changed firms.
I didn't feel comfortable with the process the whole way through. Positive though is that I did eventually get the completion done, about 2 weeks behind schedule.
