What a fantastic firm. All round superb service and particular thanks to our incredibly impressive litigation lawyer, Daniel Smith. We were in a very nasty property dispute (that had gone on for 3 months), feeling bullied, desperate and hopeless. One week and three emails from Daniel later, we are free and receiving the money we are owed back. Hurrah and thank goodness for lawyers like this!

I had an extraordinary experience from Daniel Smith from Litigation and Dispute Resolution. He went above and beyond to identify if it was worth pursuing a case or not by helping me get clearer on the conflict situation at hand. I was very distressed at the time. Instead of telling me that it was not worth pursuing (like other law firms did without spending more than 15mins with me) he went into detail with me to share what my other practical options were to end my distress. His expertise, competence and compassion for my situation will stay with me forever because it gave me control back on the situation at hand and I felt better straight away. He actually cares about the clients he speak to. I will refer him to anyone I know seeking this type of legal support.

Two companies who I was recommended for my issue did not respond. After a Google search I found Gardner Leader. Gardner Leader had lots of positive reviews. I also noticed that I could view the picture of the person on their website which gave me confidence I know who I would be talking to. I was very impressed with first contact with Hilary, who directed me to Daniel who was quick to take action. Things went smoothly and Daniel kept me on top of things. Very professional and the result was positive! Lastly a fixed fee is so helpful.
