Excellent service.
We decided a couple of years ago it was time to make our wills. We had no idea how to go about it and because of reviews I had seen we decided to go to Ann McCabe. We were made very welcome and put at ease straight away. We have them a brief as to what we wanted and they took loads of notes plus they told us of "what if" scenarios that we would never have been aware of. They drew up a draft copy within the week and sent it to us for approval. Apart from a few minor things we forgot all was good. We spoke a few times to Emma (Paxton) who was extremely helpful and obliging. We recently had to amend it slightly and again Emma was extremely helpful and all went smoothly.
All in all we had a great experience and would HIGHLY recommend anyone to use them. You won't be disappointed. Give them a try.

Caring service
I contacted this Solicitors office, when my Mother passed, regarding Probate. They were very caring and extremely responsive and supportive, enabling the process to be quick and effective.

Wills
We approached Douglas Macmillan Free Wills Month in May to get our Wills prepared, making a donation to the Douglas Macmillan for the service.
We chose Ann McCabe, Solicitors, Newcastle under Lyme who supported this scheme to prepare our Wills. We dealt with Emma Paxton who was very professional and very knowledgeable from the very first phone contact to the final communication with copies of our Wills sent to us via email to check over. Once we were satisfied we had to go into the offices to sign with two members of staff present to witness. They were very efficient and printed us as many copies we required and were given
instructions as to where the originals would be stored. We were surprised to learn Emma actually works from home in Norfolk and we did not meet her in person but that did not affect the friendly and efficient service we received. Recommended to our friends and relatives.

Mirror Will
The prospect of drawing up a Will was not going to be a particularly `joyous` experience. However, the Team at Ann McCabe solicitors were a `breath of fresh air` when my wife and I recently worked with Ann McCabe`s Team to write up our Mirror Will. An upbeat experience that was embellished with sincerity, empathy and compassion!! Thank you.

Administration of Estate/Grant of Probate
