Minnie originally worked for a large banking organisation dealing with the repossession, clearing, marketing and subsequent sale of repossessed properties where she developed a keen interest in the property sector. From there she moved to a national firm of solicitors before joining Rowlinsons as a Legal Assistant in 2016, initially assisting the Operations Manager of the Residential Property Department. In 2018 Minnie progressed to become a fee earner and has experience of dealing with a broad range of matters including freehold and leasehold transactions, re-mortgages, shared ownership and transfers of equity.

Exceptional service

As a first time buyer I was recommended Minnie at Rowlinsons, and I'm so glad I took the recommendation! Minnie was super on top of everything (despite solicitors on the other side being less so) and kept me in the loop about where we were in the purchase. Both times I rang the office she made me feel very at ease about the purchase, even when things were stressful.

Also, the Rowlinsons app was super easy to use and helped me understand the stages of buying the property.

They're not the cheapest solicitors out there, but I would say the peace of mind was worth the extra couple of hundred pounds.

Absolutely stunned by the patience, honesty and thoroughness we experienced using Rowlinsons. From beginning to end, including a 5.30pm call direct to solicitor on completion day due to buyer issues they have been excellent the whole way through. Convenient, professional and down to earth - thoroughly recommended.

First time buying home

I was buying my very first home and was unsure/nervous prior to starting the whole process of buying a house.

Minnie dealt with every matter at each stage of the sale expeditiously and kept me fully informed. When there was a need for immediate action Minnie took control and even progressed matters during the evening, e mailing me updates. First class service
Me and my partner recently used Rowlinsons when buying our first house. They were fantastic at every step along the way. With us being first time buyers, they were very patient and help explain everything to us.
We personally dealt with Minnie through the process. She kept us informed along the way and was constantly on hand to deal with an questions and issues we had.
