We have very recently purchased our home in Chelmsford. It was a complex sale process due to the paperwork involved. Our GEPP assigned Solicitor, Chris Howe, at the outset identified the issues with the Sale paperwork, and the solution. Brilliant service
My estate agent recommended GEPP for use when selling and buying a property. Chris Howe has been brilliant to work with, he is responsive, knowledgeable and really kept on top of our progress to keep it moving quickly. Chris always had time to answer any questions I had and provided options at all stages of my move. I will use GEPP in the future and am happy to recommend their services.

Fantastic Communication
My experience with Chris at Gepps was phenomenal. Having previously dealt with bad solicitors, I was most nervous about this part of the house buying process. Chris was extremely professional and was easy to contact when I had questions. Emails were responded to in a timely manner, and I was kept in the loop at all stages. I would definitely use them again if needed, and would recommend them to everyone.

First buyer
Worked with Chris on buying my first home, he explained the process, answered all of my questions in simple words and we were able to complete just in time, so that my move wasn't stressful at all.
Chris also proactively helped to deal with the questions from the mortgage lender regarding my residence history which helped us to save time.
Definitely recommend!

Sale and purchase of properties
Going through the conveyancing work is always a bit stressful but thanks to Chris, it was painless.

Excellent service from Chris Howe And team
Chris Howe and his team made our first home purchase experience an incredibly transparent and stress-free process.
