I was advised by a friend to use BG as he's a property developer and has used their business for many years. From my initial telephone call right through to the completion of my sale and purchase Helen Kent and her team have been nothing short of exceptional. The entire process was swift and the whole team are knowledgeable and helpful. No question or query is ever too difficult to get answered and response is quick and easy to understand. We've been in our new house for a little under a month, but should the situation arise again, when we require a conveyancing expert, we will definitely be contacting BG and Helen Kent.
