Eleanor joined the Nash Family Law Team in December 2015. She has over 15 years family law expertise including prenuptial agreements, relationship breakdown, cohabitation agreements and disputes, financial settlements and all matters relating to children. Eleanor has been a full member of the Law Society’s Children Panel since 2010 and is also a member of Resolution which encourages cases to be pursued and resolved in a non-antagonistic manner. Eleanor is also a Resolution Accredited Specialist for Complex Financial and Property Matters and also for Domestic Abuse. As a Resolution Specialist, Eleanor has demonstrated her knowledge and abilities in the selected areas through a rigorous assessment process. Nash and Co, and particularly Eleanor Barber took me from an almost impossible place to proceed from, to regular contact with my son. Which I hasten to add is going very well.�Eleanor's a very impressive person and lawyer. She's without doubt, the best advocate I�ve ever met.�She spoke excellently for me.

Eleanor and her team were absolutely excellent in handling the financial settlement relating to my divorce. As a senior lawyer myself I have high standards and some understanding of the process. Eleanor and her colleagues could not have been more supportive, professional or responsive.

I was particularly impressed by:
- the consistently pragmatic, sensible and realistic advice. This really helped me to manage my expectations around the outcome. Eleanor's advice was always communicated sensitively and clearly but in a very human way. This is a real skill;
- the fees were extremely reasonable with very competitive charge out rates; and
- the organisation and speed of the team when asked to prepare for an FDR at short notice.

I would not hesitate to recommend Eleanor and her team to anyone looking for support with the very difficult situations that arise from separation and the breakdown of a family.
