Excellent Work
Helen was excellent. First class sorting out probate for us. Could call her anytime to answer any questions. Very friendly and would definitely recommend and use her again in the future.

Clear, kind and competent communication and support
The outstanding quality of my experience with CLA was the ease and immediacy of communication. My mother, aged 93, became very frail and I needed a Power of Attorney to manage her affairs. I rang several firms of solicitors, all of whom kept me on hold or promised to ring back. On phoning Cla I was speaking to Helen Downes within a minute after dialling the number.
To complete the application, Helen visited my mother in hospital and at a nursing home. Helen's kindness and sensitivity in ensuring that my mother understood what was involved, were beyond praise.
Over the 4-5 months it has taken from application to registration of the Power of Attorney, the same high standard of kind, careful and prompt communication has been maintained.
