Quick and efficient
We used Karen Gaywood to do our conveyaning. We paid extra to fast track and it was well worth it. She was quick and efficient, answered all of queries on the same day. Completion was within 7 weeks. Would recommend to anyone moving house

Excellent Experience
From start to completion of property sale I felt confident in the ability of the team to proceed professionally and efficiently without the need for me to follow up or chase things, a totally different experience than previous property sales that i've made with other companies. Which was very refreshing. I was kept up to date and consulted where necessary with each step and would recommend them without hesitation.

Good fast and efficient service!
Great experience all round. Couldn't believe how quick and responsive Karen was. Excellent legal knowledge and together with her kindness and compassion would make me use her in the future. Karen explained anything we didnt understand and was very approachable.

Amazing care and expertise by an absolute professional.
This is the second time Karen has assisted me, first time with a sale and this time with a purchase and her attention to detail and care is second to none. It was a no brainer when I made my purchase that I would ask Karen to be my conveyancing solicitor again as I knew I would be in safe hands.

First time buyer review
Karen was absolutely brilliant and I cannot stress enough how great it was to have her supporting me through the process of purchasing my property. She was always prompt with responses and showed endless patience regarding the multitude of questions I had for her. Offered advice and simplified a lot of the reports, highlighting potential issues without being asked which made the entire process that much smoother.
Note: Shauna was also very helpful in our brief interactions when Karen was otherwise unavailable.

Karen - Wow, what a woman!!!

Professional and personal service
Karen dealt with a purchase that also involved two remortgages for us. She highlighted a number of issues, that our broker didn’t see, and was calm, friendly and professional throughout. I was referred to Karen by a work colleague and can see why. A lovely lady that is top class at her job.
