Kept constantly in the loop.
Tracy Rosales dealt with a sale and purchase for me. She kept me in the loop, answered each and every query I had, and put up with my constant pestering. She alway had a smile, and pushed through both sale and purchase in a timely manner.

Patience is a virtue
After a lot of misunderstandings, confusion and problems from mainly us, the customer , we finally got there. Tracy has the patience of a saint and we have been treated with respect and good humour throughout.

I chose Woodfines in Bedford to deal with our house sale and was put in contact with Tracy.
From the beginning I found her easy to talk to, professional and friendly. She kept me informed and explained the process..answering clearly my many questions. I like the fact that she preferred to pick up the phone and talk to me to keep me in the loop.
