Excellent Service
I used Ashtons for my father’s probate and had an excellent service so I decided to use them for his house sale. The service was again excellent. The team were great and led me through the process. I would definitely use again.

Responsive and Professional Service. Highly Recommend!
We appointed Ashtons Legal to act on our behalf and carry out the conveyancing on the property we purchased. Being first time buyers, this was a completely new experience for us and we didn’t know what to expect (have heard many horror story’s when dealing with solictors!). Louise Burgess was excellent - she was very responsive, explained everything to us in great detail and ensured everything went as smooth as it could. The initial quote we got was very reasonable and when comparing quotes with others we got, was the only one that clearly showed a breakdown of all the costs involved. Would highly recommend and would not think twice about using them again in the future.
