I have been with BWB for many years. I can not thank Denise Head and her firm enough for their support and hardwork. They were with me every step. I just had to email or pick up the phone advise was at the other end. I highly recommend this firm for any of your issues/situations. They are simply the best, not just saying because of my case. I have had many other firms and never received any empathy or understanding from anyone other then this firm.

Expert advice delivered compassionately

Took the drama out of Divorce
After being Divorced for 6 years, I needed professional support to move forward. I was moving out of the family home and needed to agree the final amounts to pay off my ex. Previously, we had signed an agreement based on selling the property once the children had left home. However, there was a loop hole in the original financial agreement, that did not include an option of me keeping the property. I have been fortunate enough to keep the property and now have it as a rental. I had been trying for months to get my ex to agree our final financial arrangements. There were no solution based communications and time was running out; until Denise Head came into the picture. We had a tidy 1 hour meeting. Emails back and forth to keep both sides updated. I was sent off to pull together more supporting documents while Denise drafted the final offer; and in the end our formal agreement. She was direct and efficient. She took the drama out of Divorce. She confirmed my rights and pulled together a fair and direct offer. And we completed our arrangement 2 months ahead of schedule. Money well spent. Thank you for helping me start my new chapter in such a clean way.
