Selling Property
I had a generally very good experience in the context of a complex house to sell. I received good advice, in a timely manner. My team of paralegal, supporting assistants and a supervising solicitor did a very good job of getting to completion in a difficult selling environment

Sale dealt with very smoothly by Deana and Victoria
We last used a solicitor 25 years ago to buy our property, so when it came to selling it, we used a firm recommended by the Estate Agent. Deana Powell and Victoria Witts from Brights, were assigned to deal with our sale. All communications were by email, post or telephone. We found both Deana and Victoria very helpful and both quick to respond to any query. We were more than happy with how they dealt with the sale of our house and would definitely use their services again when we buy another property.

Conveyance
I dealt with Victoria and Deanna, both very helpful and made my house sale go through without problems.

A wise choice
How lucky we were to choose Bright Solicitors for our conveyancing needs. Both Deana and Victoria were the best ever. We could not have chosen better.
