My parents lived in Sunderland & had their Wills done at Hedley’s. After my father had died I had to contact Hedley’s to sort out a minor problem with the court probate service. Lisa was excellent. The service I received was superb particularly in view of the postal strike and, the fact I live 200 miles away. Nothing has been too much trouble for this department. I am most impressed.
I have also placed the conveyancing for my fathers property with this company and hope I receive just as good a service look out for my next review. Many thanks to Lisa and her team.

Dealing With Loss
Having used Hedlrys in 2016 to deal with our wills we hold no hesitation in going back to the practice.
The efficient way they handled our 2016 visit, had not changed. The same efficiency applied to any needs in 2023.
I would use Hedleys again without a second thought.

Power Of Attorney

Highly Reccomended

Making A Will
The process of making a will was explained in full initially via a telephone conversation. I was given all the information needed and the staff were so helpful, all my questions regarding the duties of the executors were explained. A helpful draft will was provided and once all the details were clarified the final will was signed. The whole process was made very simple.
