Outstanding service & communication
Roxana Glass managed the sale of our house in Tilehurst and complex purchase of a new build in Cornwall.
Roxana’s communication was excellent and she kept us up dated throughout the process and pushed hard with the developers solicitor, land registry and authority searches to meet deadlines.

Sale and purchase of properties
This was my first time using Clifford Ingram and dealing with Roxana. She was so helpful and guided me through all the paperwork for the sale and purchase of my new house. Bringing home the bacon
Angus and his colleague Roxana were extremely professional and kept us informed throughout in what proved to be a stressful transaction.

Overwhelmingly Grateful
My partner and I are overwhelmingly grateful for Roxana's service. We feel so lucky to choose her service. Actually, if we did not choose her service, it is highly likely that our purchase will be abolished because our seller set us a hard deadline with a very short period of notice. Even Roxana had COVID, she worked very hard to help us to exchange the contract before the deadline, without any compromise in the quality of conveyance procedure because we obtain all required certificates/insurance at the end. We are deeply impressed by her professionalism, carefulness, and "think out-of-box" creativeness. To be honest, this is something that is much higher than our expectation.
