Went in to this process quite stressed as previous solicitors were vague and slow to respond. Suzi was professional and attentative, responding to all my queries promptly. This level of customer service (as well as the desired end result) was key to the 5 star rating. They explained the steps involved and provided a clear breakdown of the charges, making the whole process very transparent, thus alieviating alot of the stress.
