We used Suzi Cotterill at Nelsons Solicitors to deal with the sale of our property. The sale was very protracted and the buyers and their solicitors were a nightmare throughout the process. Suzi was great, she responded to our calls and emails immediately, she was always on top of where we were with things and made a very difficult sale much easier than it could have been. I would definitely recommend Suzi to anyone wanting a Solicitor who cares and is on top of everything.

purchasing a property
Went in to this process quite stressed as previous solicitors were vague and slow to respond. Suzi was professional and attentative, responding to all my queries promptly. This level of customer service (as well as the desired end result) was key to the 5 star rating. They explained the steps involved and provided a clear breakdown of the charges, making the whole process very transparent, thus alieviating alot of the stress. The whole process was dealt with swiftly and the solicitors fees worth it.
