My Mother's Estate
Sarah has been always friendly, but professional, and always gave me confidence about the next steps in the process.
A lot of work was undertaken by email, which suited me fine as we live in a different country - all the emails were concise, and easy to deal with. As she had previously undertaken some procedures for me when Mum was alive, it was good to work with someone I knew.

Drawing up our new wills
My wife and I decided to update our original wills by removing the names of the original executors and replacing them with our children.
As our original wills have been held by Mogers Drewett since 1990 we decided that continuity would be the right approach, and to use the firms services again.
We made ther right decision.Sarah Clacker, Senior Associate, advised us on the legal aspects required for the changes to our wills, and throughout the whole process she provided us will excellent advice and personal service.
We were very impressed with the level of professionalism from Sarah and other members of staff who dealt with us, and would thoroughly recommend Mogers Drewett to friends and family should they require legal advice.

Creating a will
Contacted firm from overseas with request for help in creating a will regarding my affairs in England. They responded immediately and helped to set up a meeting which suited my travel plans in England
All the staff that I interacted with were friendly and professional. Sarah Clacker, the Senior Associate who took care of my case, was a pleasure to work with. The process of making or adjusting a will can be a daunting task.
