Would 100% recommend using Ison Harrison for any property matters. Rachael Fawthrop and her team were very approachable, easy to communicate with and always available to answer any questions I had. They went above and beyond to address any additional issues I had with my sale and purchase of my properties despite other parties in the transaction being difficult to deal with and having a deadline to meet.

Finally found a solicitor I will reuse!!
I have had multiple different solicitors over the years and have, till date, not gone back to any of them. There is no doubt I will definitely be using Ison Harrison for any future requirements I have. Rachael Fawthrop, Tanya Hastings and Frances Ross were a fantastic team and their job was not an easy one, that lasted quite some time. Each one of them were kind, understanding and extremely helpful. I never once went 24 hours without contact from either one of them after I had requested it and they all went over an above their job (compared to other solicitors I have used). I will, and already have, recommended them to others who have asked.

selling my house and buying a flat
My wife and I chose Ison Harrison in Pudsey for our conveyancing, as we knew they had a good "steady" reputation in legal circles. (Prior to retirement, wife and I had both been professionals working in the court system). The Pudsey office itself is totally unsatisfactory, having been a tiny jewellers shop in a previous life, and now the display windows astride the entrance door serve as the only interviewing space. Quite bizarre! However, the staff there were courteous, professional and knowledgeable to a fault. Nothing was too much trouble, and though both parts of the buying and selling process were drawn out, the delays were all down to the other parties.

Excellent throughout the whole process
Ison Harrison acted on the recent purchase of our new home . Throughout they were always courteous ,speedy in their response, and provided full and comprehensive written assessments on the legal implications of the property . They acted both on our behalf and on behalf of our Mortgagee and coordinated both efficiently and well . When time was of the essence they responded . We never felt they only dealt when our file came to the top of the pile !
