Shared Ownership
I would like to extend a big 'thank you' to Philip and Danya who acted for me with my recent purchase of a shared ownership new build house. Moving house is always stressful, but I could always rely on them to keep me updated and to ensure a smooth transaction to completion. Faultless property purchase
We followed a local recommendation and asked Brights to undertake the transaction of buying a new-build house. Even without a property to sell or a mortgage to obtain, the process can be daunting for unfamiliar clients. It was handled without any problem whatsoever.

Absolutely fantastic!
We have recently sold and purchased a new property. It turned out to be a difficult process that lasted over 8 months and we were at a point where we thought it will just not happen, we will not get to completion. We are now in our new home, thanks to Danya especially, and Philip who have put in the work to make this happen for us. Their perseverance, expertise and dedication aided in our achievement.
The responses to our emails were received within the hour, and nothing was too much. Anything we were not sure of, Danya and Philip were happy to explain either through email or by phone.

Exceptional conveyancing service
Bright have been very good from beginning to end on the purchase of our new build home. From the initial call to completion has taken just 5 weeks, and we haven't had to chase them once. Everyone involved including Danya, Philip and Jemma have been professional and helpful.
