Mum and dad had already appointed Shacklocks as their solicitors before they passed away and I wished they had known how well they had chosen. In dad's final days, he decided that he wanted to change part of his will and they visited him at his home in order to do this and couldn't have been more patient or kind. Following dad's death, Ben has handled multiple problems with dad's estate with his expert knowledge and has explained every step with honesty and patience. We have also used the services of both Tom and Ross to help guide us through using the Trust left to our brother and his family. We have always been kept fully aware of what was happening with the estate and have been treated with care and dignity throughout.
