Lindsey was brilliant from start to finish ,we had not moved house for over twenty years but Lindsey quickly put our minds at ease with her relaxed professional manner. Lindsey kept us updated on a regular basis and provided expert advice whenever required. Anytime Lindsey wasn’t available Donna and Emma stepped in seamlessly to ensure things ran smoothly. Brilliant service from an experienced team

Fantastic Service
Tzana, Lindsey, Emma, Donna and Alex, thank you all so much for helping me through the process of selling my flat. Excellent communication and service throughout. All the sales team/solicitor were friendly, enthusiastic and knowledgeable. The whole process was quick, easy and totally stress-free. I can't thank you enough. Excellent sales and marketing organisation
Emma was responsible for organising much of our marketing and appointments for property viewings, which we were hosting ourselves. She provided excellent help, calling to confirm general availability, sending over regular summaries of the appointments and being mindful of the fact that we were working full time and caring for our toddler at the same time as arranging the viewings. She often made sure that appointments were staggered, remembering to give us a break between viewings.Excellent service and would totally recommend working with her on your sale and marketing.

2 sales, 1 purchase - Expertly handled
As title suggests, needed to sell a couple of properties, to allow the purchase of a new house. Donna was my first contact from Watermans. She and Tzana plus the rest of the sales team were always available by phone, email or social media to keep me updated and answer any questions.
The legal part of the sale and purchase was dealt with the same efficiency by Louise and the legal team.
Now happily settled in new house. A big thanks to all at Watermans for their assistance throughout the process.
