Honest, straight-talking, knowledgeable solicitors
I contacted Farley Dwek via their online 'contact us' form regarding my father's eligibility for NHS continuing care. I knew they were experts in the field and I had already paid for and downloaded their excellent guide on the subject. Despite the fact that it became quickly obvious that there was no case for them in this instance, Ruth still gave me close to an hour of her time and was compassionate, extremely knowledgeable and also willing to give me an honest, off-the-cuff appraisal of our situation and chances of receiving funding. I am very grateful that I encountered such expertise and integrity at a sensitive and difficult time, and would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

Appeal for rejected retrospective CHC
I applied for retrospective CHC funding after my relative passed away and managed some success on my own. However I was rejected by the ICB for a significant amount of time for which I thought my relative should have been eligible. I contacted Farley Dwek and found them to be very helpful. They gave me succinct and clear advice so that I was fully aware of my options. I chose to engage them for my appeal and, even though it took a long time through the ICB dragging their heels, Farley Dwek were always in contact with me so that I constantly knew where things were up to. I cannot praise them highly enough.

Excellent, helpful and Professional
We approached FD for help in appealing a faulty CHC funding decision. Highly impressed with the in-depth & very detailed investigation by their expert nursing practitioner. Then the subsequent follow up and all our contacts with the FD solicitor/case manager were superb. Really helpful. Eventually we got a very good result which was entirely the result of FD's work. Definitely recommended.

Excellent, professional advice
We asked for initial advice about my
Mum’s CHC appeal. Ruth, our solicitor, was excellent. She was very professional and really knew her stuff. She talked us through each of the domains and gave us a lot of advice on what to add in and what to expect. Ruth gave us her honest opinion which was exactly what we wanted.

Successful Appeal;
As a dementia carer for many years, Farley Dwek have been "life savers" for navigating the complex procedures for eligibility for Continuing Healthcare. Their expertise in our Appeal was second to none. I had confidence that they would not be proceeding with our Appeal unless it was beneficial to them and us. I do think advertising their skills and making people/carers more aware that they are no win/no fee specialists would encourage more carers to seek their advice. If an Appeal is successful, it is funds returned to the families and well worth the wait Not only have they been successful for us, they were excellent in their respect for their clients. I would never hesitate to recommend Farley Dwek to anyone needing the initial Assessment for this funding, any advice and Appeals.

Passionate,Professional Thorough Friendly service
I had never heard of your firm before but a friend also a solicitor had and had said you were good at what you did.
I was lucky to get Ruth Pople.
I needed an appeal for CHC for my brother David who has complex needs.He is paraplegic after a spinal injury,
He has learning disabilities and Autism He does not have mental capacity.
Initially he was denied CHC .
An assessment was carried out by a nurse who didn't think we had any chance at winning Fortunately for us Ruth thought there was a possibility for David to win the appeal and if he didn't then would take it further if that was what I wanted.
Due to Covid and a backlog of CHC appeals we waited and waited but then Ruth gave me the good news that David had won the appeal and would now get full CHC funding October 2022
