Sale of Land & Stables
I was extremely pleased with the service provided by the Poole Alcock agricultural team. In particular Frances Dulla was diligent in her effort to complete what turned out to be a lengthy and complicated sale. She kept all parties extremely well informed, she was always available to speak to, answered emails immediately & I felt very comfortable dealing with her. I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again in the future.

Land and house sale with a new build purchase
Having worked with Sarah Jarret in Agriculture, Kate Heath in Conveyancing and a number of specialist in the New Build Team, I think I'm well qualified to be able to rate Poole Alcock Solicitors as excellent. By far, Poole Alcock are the most outstanding solicitors I have ever had the pleasure of working with. It is their efficient communication (even out of hours by Sarah) and timely professional responses that set them apart. I never once had to chase them which in my experience is unheard of for solicitors. Poole Alcock even kept me on my toes with their effective communication. The whole team impressed me at every stage of what proved to be a complex sale and I would not hesitate to recommend them. Poole Alcock are now my solicitors of choice and I just wish I had discovered their outstanding levels of service earlier. Thank you to the whole team from one very happy client.

Excellent service
Sarah Jarrett and her assistant Melissa dealt with the sale of my mother's house which was an unregistered property. We received outstanding service from start to finish. Communication was superb both in terms of responding to questions and keeping us informed. Thank you very much. We would highly recommend and definitely use you again.

A complicated purchase of a commercial property...
I genuinely couldn't recommend Sarah at Poole Alcock's services more. There were numerous challenges that arose, over several months, during our recent purchase of a commercial property...and all were dealt with in a thoroughly professional manner. Communication was exemplary throughout and all advice received on complex matters was delivered on a concise and understandable basis. We had complete confidence that with Sarah at the helm the transaction would be pushed through proactively, whilst ensuring that protecting our interests was the foremost consideration. Overall, a pleasure to work with and we will continue to do so on all of our property dealings moving forward.

House purchase
It was a pleasurable experience for something that can be quite stressful. Very friendly and approachable at all times. Kept fully informed and the amount of useful information passed on to me was astounding, I know now why you need legal representation when purchasing a house, the amount of checks that were performed for my protection were staggering.
All I can say if thank you all for your hard work.
