First home buying experience and over 50!
When we embarked on buying our own home we could not have asked for a better team than Evie and Morgan at Watermans. Evie explained all the stages and requirements, putting us at ease when we were unsure. A seamless and speedy experience that we thank her for.

Extremely pleased with the way Evie dealt with the sell of our property, and how she kept us informed of the process, even though our buyers limited the amount of information and time for Evie to deal with the sell, the deadline was meet because of the effort Evie put in.

Evie Brown's Exceptional help
Throughout the process, Evie's exceptional response time and answers to my many questions were invaluable for keeping me at ease through the stressful time of buying a house. It felt like I was her most important client. Was great seeing a breakdown of the price before starting and it was a reasonable price but in all honesty, the price was low for the service provided and I will definitely recommend it to others and return if I need this sort of service again.

Wonderful service, sensible prices and excellent communication
Evie has been my solicitor for the sale of my owned property.
Despite all the complicated factors involved in it, she carried it all out for me ever so gently and courteously, with excellent communication skills.
Her approach and updates, as well as heads up for upcoming steps was wonderful and absolutely stress-free, which was vital for me as the sale had to occur due to unprecedented financial hardship.
Evie is well informed in her field and has lovely soft skills to complete her optimal professionalism.
The transaction had to be completed a lot sooner than she had been informed when the case was passed to her, and she stood up to the occasion magnificently, retaining her kindness and outmost skillset to the absolute max.
