Best Information Technology lawyers in the region
The friendly approach at Clayden Law does not detract from the very high standards set in their work. I have used the firm for the last 5 years to ensure that the charity is not exposed to risk from IS suppliers and the many faceted concerns that come with the new technology we use every day. The best commercial lawyer I have ever used!
I've used Piers for years to consult on all types of commercial law. His knowledge and approach is 1st class and it gives me such confidence going into a commercial discussion with a prospective customer knowing that Piers will be on hand to guide me and act of our behalf as needed to ensure that we retain a strong commercial agreement that the client is also agreeable to.

Piers was a tremendous help
Piers was a tremendous help in our negotiations – I was very grateful for his content licensing and SaaS knowledge, together with his data protection expertise, which meant that we were able to craft an agreement that protected our interests and covered all the bases. He has a calm and pragmatic approach to negotiations which also helped things progress smoothly. I really valued his advice.
