I was very pleased with the service provided by Louise Jones relating to the sale of our property, in particular her calm and assured advice regarding an unexpected Land Registry boundary discrepancy, and the ensuing delicate discussions we needed to have with our neighbour concerning the ownership of the land in question.
I felt we were in safe hands from start to finish, which undoubtedly kept our stress levels to a minimum. It was also reassuring to note that at every stage of the transaction Louise appeared to be waiting for the buyers' solicitor to keep up!

Once again a thoroughly professional service from Hannah and louise I have dealt with Thursfields on several occasions and Would only ever use them for any legal transaction large or small .Thanks again until the next time!

The only solicitors firm we'd deal with
We've used Thursfields three times for housing-related matters and we wouldn't use anyone else after three great experiences. Louise and Hannah have always been very helpful and timely with all responses. Explanations of complex issues is always greatly appreciated.
When you're using a great firm, you really notice how poor the other firms in the transaction are. All of the delays in our transaction were caused by the other two solicitors on each side, both of which had half the work to do compared to Thursfields (we bought and sold, and the other two were end of chain).

Complex conveyancing
My sale was complex due to my divorce. Just before exchange of contracts my ex husband died not having signed the same. My buyers changed goalposts and wanted to simultaneously complete sale and purchase. It was all very distressing but Jess Martin and Louise were marvellous supportive and always responded to my panicky emails. They not only held my sale together but held me together in the process. They were unquestionably wonderful in all areas

Louise Jones was great every step of the way
We have moved house before, but not to a new house, with a small private developer. It is really important to use a specialist in the field, knowledgeable about new build. Louise Jones was “so on the ball”, from the start to completion, we would not hesitate to recommend her services to others

EXCELLENT SERVICE
Really pleased with the service from start to completion.
Great comms and transparency.
Recommended by Citizen Housing, and I spoke to a few family and friends about the solicitors they had used for conveyancing and searches, I was convinced to use Thursfield because from the first conversation I felt assured that I was in good hands,
Special mentions to Lee Rodway who started the process and once the payment was sorted the case was passed on to Louise Jones, who chased the seller for documents and searches, really impressive stuff, and lastly Hannah.
