Henry was born in Plymouth and returned to the region after studying in Cardiff. Henry joined Bright Solicitors’ residential property team in 2013 after spending seven years working in the industry. Henry has experience in dealing with all aspects of Residential Property and currently heads up the New Homes team and deals mainly with purchasing newly-built plots from developers across a number of sites in the region. Henry has two young children but when he’s not spending time with the family he enjoys playing sports and riding motorcycles.

Excellent Service and communication and liaison via saltash. Henry is very prompt to answer a range of enquiries, and provided easy to understand solutions; he also explained in more detail if I needed it. Using email was a bonus and speeded up the conveyancing process/ He is also very pleasant to deal with.

Bright have built a fantastic team of extremely knowledgable individuals, who are always willing to go out of their way to be helpful. In particular, I would recommend anyone buying a new build to ask for Katy Owen, Lily Bisgaard, Sarah Blatchford or Henry Lowson in the New Homes team, who will guarantee a high-quality and friendly service.
