Conveyancing
We were very pleased with the service from Lanyon Bowdler. The sale of our house was not straight forward but our solicitor, Emma Jones, dealt with the matter efficiently and effectively. Amazing Emma
Being a first time buyer, I didn't know where to start but my parents recommended the tried and trusted Emma Jones at Lanyon Bowdler. She made it a breeze for me only contacting when my involvement was necessary with any issues but took all of the initiative to deal with ones she could. She also proactively contacted me to let me know during infrequent contact why and what issues we were waiting on and who she has chased/chasing on my behalf. Excellent service and a lovely person to chat to when it came to the signing meetings.

Outstanding service
Emma and her colleague Nicola were instrumental in assisting with a very tedious and long-drawn-out property sale, the delay being caused by the astonishing incompetence of the buyer's own solicitors. After almost six months' dithering by the other people, Emma and Nicola achieved the desired result. What wonderful service from these two stars!
