Sale of Property and Probate
This was dealing with the sale of my deceased mother’s property and dealing with the estate through probate. The whole process was seamless and well above my expectations. It was dealt with in a professional and efficient way by both the house sale team and Vanessa Ford dealing with the probate.

Help to Buy Purchase
We worked with Emma and Chloe and it was absolutely brilliant. There were so many hurdles that were thrown in but they managed to get round everything. Contact was great, any annual leave Emma had was all noted in her emails well in advance so we knew when we could and couldn't contact - Also logged in on a day off on 20th of December to allow us to complete before Christmas which was amazing. Really Couldn't fault it.

Conveyancing
I was extremely pleased with the service provided by Lanyon Bowdler. I used them twice when purchasing and selling a property. Both times, I used Emma Jones due to her efficiency and expertise. We were very pleased with the service from Lanyon Bowdler. The sale of our house was not straight forward but our solicitor, Emma Jones, dealt with the matter efficiently and effectively. Amazing Emma
Being a first time buyer, I didn't know where to start but my parents recommended the tried and trusted Emma Jones at Lanyon Bowdler. She made it a breeze for me only contacting when my involvement was necessary with any issues but took all of the initiative to deal with ones she could. She also proactively contacted me to let me know during infrequent contact why and what issues we were waiting on and who she has chased/chasing on my behalf. Excellent service and a lovely person to chat to when it came to the signing meetings.

Outstanding service
Emma and her colleague Nicola were instrumental in assisting with a very tedious and long-drawn-out property sale, the delay being caused by the astonishing incompetence of the buyer's own solicitors. After almost six months' dithering by the other people, Emma and Nicola achieved the desired result. What wonderful service from these two stars!
