Very professional and helpful experience
Madeline organised my will exactly as required. She was professional and knowledgeable; but also polite and easy to talk to. She made me feel comfortable and at ease. I would definitely recommend her.

The solicitor I dealt with was fine but their supporting admin staff are poor. On some documents they used my old postal address and they occasionally sent emails to an old email address despite being informed about my new email address 18 months ago. A case in point, this request for feedback from review solicitors, who must have got it directly from Williamsons, was sent to my old email address. For me, these mistakes are sloppy and unprofessional.

Lasting Power of Attorney for Property and Finances
I received excellent and professional service from Madeleine St. John, her secretary Sarah and also reception staff at Williamsons Solicitors in Driffield, East Yorkshire. Madeleine patiently took me through the process step by step and explained everything in a way that I could understand, nothing was too much for Madeleine and her staff and I would most definitely recommend and use Williamsons Solicitors again.
