Jennifer Robinson was really helpful when I recently wanted to update my will, she was patient and demonstrated empathy due to the reasons for the update. Extremely pleased from start to conclusion.
Without wishing to sound patronising, Jennifer Robinson combines professional competence and efficiency with a warm, friendly approach - and a pleasing sense of humour which always goes down well with me! All the staff were helpful and courteous, especially the gentleman who escorted me through the complexities of the car park. I wish Dylan well with his training. Thank you to all.

Efficient, effective service
Easy to make an appointment; Jenny had paperwork ready at all meetings; postal exchange required was conducted promptly; explained legal language simply.

Jennifer is a credit to the company based on our experience
