Peacok & Co acted on my behalf for a recent lease extension. I cannot praise them enough in every aspect. The communication and ease of the process was exceptional and they made the whole experience straight forward and stress free. I would highly recommend them to anyone and i would use their services again.

Smoothest transaction ever...........
A big thank you to Amber, this was by far the easiest and smoothest transaction I have been involved in, both personally and professionally. I don't think I have ever had so little contact (in a good way) during the selling process. And the fees were more than reasonable. Would highly recommend.

Seamless leasehold purchase process
We were purchasing our first leasehold property and used Peacock & Co to provide conveyancing services. Ema and Amber were very professional and supportive with us, no matter how big or small our queries were, they were able to provide us with clear detail, guidance and an explanation when needed.

Reliable and thorough

On Time and Faster than expected
Everything went well with Peacock & Co, communication and proactivity was good. My solicitor always available when needed to clarify aspects of the agreement/contract and provide further advice on the matter. Efficient, friendly and professional, I will use them again in the future.

Excellent & responsive conveyancers
This is the fourth property transaction I've been involved with, and the first one where I would happily recommend the conveyancers we used.
Ema and Amber at Peacock & Co were easy to get hold of and responded to any queries they had in a timely fashion. They were always clear on what they could advise us on, the different approaches that could be taken and associated risks, and what they would do in our shoes where appropriate. They were also happy to explain, re-explain and confirm our understanding where legal terms were not clear to us.
I would recommend them highly and will be using them again when we next have a property to buy or sell.

Flat sale and house purchase
We worked with Ema Jones and Amber Walter on both the sale of our flat in 2022 and subsequent purchase of our house in 2023. They are meticulous in their queries to the other parties to put our best interest at the forefront of both transactions. They were always happy to answer any queries we had, and to assist in chasing the other solicitors especially to move to completion on our house purchase.
