Extremely thorough
Everything is explained to me properly and the reports I've been given are extremely thorough. When I email or message I get a prompt response. I am always treated with courtesy and respect. My adviser [Zoe Till] seems to genuinely care about my needs and requirements and is always professional...I really appreciate that the options suggested to me for my investments had been checked by modelling for potential risks and worst-case scenarios. My adviser remembers personal details the first time she is told, which is brilliant and to me proves she listens to me properly. I feel I am treated as a person, not just a faceless client.
