Divorce
Heringtons provided me with impeccable legal advice and dealt with my divorce with the upmost diligence and compassion. Natalie and Lola where empathetic throughout the prolonged proceedings, which concluded at an FDR hearing with a positive outcome, so thanks to all the team and Cerys Sayer who represented me at the FDR. The whole team prepared all documentation to the highest standards ensuring no stone was unturned. Highly recommended.

Natalie's service was amazing
18 months after arriving in Natalie's office full of anxiety, stress and confusion about the divorce process, I am now in a completely different situation thanks to her guidance. Her level head, kind manner and expertise were invaluable in a. fraught time. I never felt she was pushing me in any way and actively worked with me towards the mediation process- she is the opposite of a greedy stereotype of a divorce lawyer. I can recommend her enough.

Nuptial Agreement
I approached Heringtons for advice on renewal of a pre/post-nuptial agreement - or conceivably separation if agreement could not be reached. This was potentially a pretty stressful and emotional period - with the relationship at home getting fairly fraught at times. Natalie's advice was calm, supportive, constructive and good-humoured. This, and friendly dealings with her colleague, made the whole process more bearable and resulted in what my partner and I feel to be a fair and amicable outcome - and a happier home life restored...

What more can you expect or need?
I have been heavily involved with negotiating my brother's divorce, and this has involved extremely close interaction with Herington's solicitors matrimonial department. No-one could have been more helpful, responsive, honest and supportive than the team at Herington's. If you need help in that area of your life, you won't do better than to choose Herington's. They may not be the cheapest, but I'll lay odds that they are the best!

Legal support following relationship breakdown
Following the breakdown of my long-term relationship I sought legal advice regarding my property.

Natalie has been amazing during a very difficult time, she has given clear and professional advice and has been available by email or telephone when required. Highly recommended
Natalie dealt with my separation and divorce. It was not an easy road, taking longer and becoming more complicated than expected because of the demands and curveballs thrown at us by my ex and his solicitor. Her calm, respectful, steadfast and determined approach was appreciated and valued. Especially when my ex's behavior wore me down, and exhaustion made me prone to consider options that went in his favor or would prolong the process unnecessary, however she would calmly and reassuringly point back in the right direction, with her honest and thoughtful approach.
Natalie gave realistic, practical and reassuring advice and guidance, taking into account my financial strains and limitations. While the fees are not the cheapest, I firmly believe that every penny I paid was worth it.
