Personal Injury Case
Jonathan Dwek worked with my sister and I on a personal injury case involving our father who suffered a fractured hip whilst in hospital recovering from Covid in May 2020. From the very beginning I found Jonathan to be extremely helpful and always available for advice even on matters not directly related to the actual case, he always demonstrated great empathy and was very generous with his time. Our father was awarded a reasonable award thanks to Jonathan's expertise and knowledge in such cases. As a family we would definitely recommend Farley Dwek Solicitors to anyone who has suffered a personal injury.

Incredibly helpful, efficient and highly effective law firm
My mother unfortunately had a very serious accident due to staff negligence in a store.
Jonathan and his team expertly guided us through the litigation process to ensure we were adequately compensated for both the subsequent trauma she experienced and substantial medical expenses that were incurred.

CHC appeal support
My family and I cannot rate Farley Dwek Solicitors high enough for all their work in helping us with a successful appeal to grant my father CHC in his care home. CHC funding appeal. An excellent service.
From the moment I contacted Farley Dwek and spoke to Andrew Farley up until the successful outcome of my father's CHC funding appeal, this company have been everything we had hoped for and more. Having their own nurse to carry out the assessment really gave us confidence from the start. We feel that the nurse, Diane Jenkins, did a thorough, in-depth and accurate assessment of my health father's needs. Debbie Payton, Senior Case Manager/ Legal Advisor has worked tirelessly throughout the process to ensure the case was represented in an accurate, professional and timely way. Debbie's communication has been excellent. She has kept us fully informed throughout the process and has always responded very promptly to any questions and queries with a warm, friendly manner. This company are clear that they will only take the case on if they believe they will win so they are not in it just to take your money. If the situation changes as information comes to light, they will let you know. I really feel that Debbie cared about getting the right outcome for my father and for us. Appeal for rejected retrospective CHC
I applied for retrospective CHC funding after my relative passed away and managed some success on my own. However I was rejected by the ICB for a significant amount of time for which I thought my relative should have been eligible. I contacted Farley Dwek and found them to be very helpful. They gave me succinct and clear advice so that I was fully aware of my options. I chose to engage them for my appeal and, even though it took a long time through the ICB dragging their heels, Farley Dwek were always in contact with me so that I constantly knew where things were up to. I cannot praise them highly enough.
