I had to withdraw from one purchase initially; however when I found another property the team at Willsons were so helpful and efficient in progressing the case. The facility to do all this electronically, via portal and email and the occasional phone call was incredibly easy. In addition, emails were always responded to on time and call backs were always received when promised. I was kept updated throughout the whole process and dealing with the same people each time was a great help as I never had to explain myself each time I called (which is very rare when dealing with some organisations these days..!) Willsons managed quite a complicated conveyancing for us.
The service we received from the whole team was professional and experienced throughout. The communication was always speedy whether via email, phone or post. We don't live local. We felt the service was friendly and a personal approach.

Wilsons Solicitors is a big joke. Partner solicitor spends 2 years can’t finish £98k property Conveyancing. I started to purchase a small property in 2021, now is 2023, all lies, never pick up phone calls never reply emails, it’s been 2 years their partner solicitor is still doing Conveyancing for my purchase, I thought I was buying a mansion. No basic competency for work, even no idea how ground rent should be applied government scheme.

If you experience the same thing, report to SRA and Legal Ombudsman. This law firm has to been banned !

I have used them 4 time's for buying and selling house's and they are very good
