Thank you to Willsons Solicitors Team Astley for making the purchase of my first home a very easy and stress free experience. I had to withdraw from one purchase initially; however when I found another property the team at Willsons were so helpful and efficient in progressing the case. The facility to do all this electronically, via portal and email and the occasional phone call was incredibly easy. In addition, emails were always responded to on time and call backs were always received when promised. I was kept updated throughout the whole process and dealing with the same people each time was a great help as I never had to explain myself each time I called (which is very rare when dealing with some organisations these days..!)
