We have been really delighted with the support and help given by the people on team stoke. In particular Emma, Charlotte and Alison have been a pleasure to deal with. They have responded quickly and professionally to all our queries and kept us informed at every stage of the process. Phones calls and emails were all answered promptly and in a friendly way and we felt they really wanted to del8ver a high quality service. The team helped us through an unfamiliar system with calm friendliness and of all the involved solicitors they were the easiest and most efficient.
We chose them based on a recommendation from our estate agent and it was one of the best decisions we have made.

In an ideal world this firm would be shut down. They quoted my Father's shares in £'s and pence NOT the amount of shares, the difference being approx £30,000.00.
Too many people involved in my probate, ZERO checking of communications resulting in me having to correct them and then WITH-HOLDING of my Dad's Premium Bonds because I wanted to dispute the invoice, which months later they have not paid hence the Ombudsman, and they have taken it on, speaks volumes !
Google reviews are also awful.

Georgia immediately gave me reassurance from the moment I met her. She quietly, professionally explained everything I needed to know, guided me, listened to me & helped me so much. She took all the worry about making a will away from me with kindness & understanding
Having previously already been to a local company to make a will - the male solicitor caused me distress due to giving inaccurate advice & inaccurate information.
