Excellent service from Emily and her team on a sale and purchase which through no fault of my own had many twists and turns with both sellers and a buyer pulling out. It had been a few years since I bought a property so really appreciated the clear communication on the process and what was required from me. I would definately use Lockings again.

Property purchase
I requested a quote for conveyancing and received a reply quickly. I was provided with all the information that I needed about the whole buying process and the relevant stages in the process. At each and every stage I was kept up to date with any progress. This is the second time I have used Emily Withill and her team at Lockings, very happy with the service I received and saved some money by not using the Solicitors recommended by the estate agents, Lockings dealt with the vendors solicitors, who are recommended by the estate agents, the experience for myself and Lockings was best described as frustratingly slow.

Great Team, Great Service

Super support through a protracted house sale
I used Lockings Solicitors a few years previously and they were very professional and easy to communicate with. So when I needed legal services again I instantly approached them, as well as getting quotes from a few others, both locally and on the internet. Lockings Solicitors were very competitive so I chose them again. I am pleased I did, as one buyer 'disappeared ' when finally arranging a completion date. We started the whole process again, found another buyer and completed - Lockings Solicitors were excellent and still only charged the original fee they quoted, very honourable.

We always use Lockings, and wouldn't if we didn't find them to be very good indeed, pleasant, competent and reasonable fees
